I Placed An Order Now What

After a successful transaction your order is now in our queue. We will begin processing and manufacturing your goods and prepare for shipment.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order

On regular listed items it can take up to 3-5 + business days to process and manufacture your order inside the United States and anywhere from 1-3 weeks outside of the US.

All items are made on demand so this does not include shipping times, even if you selected a priority option.

Please note if an item is marked for "PRE ORDER or a "FLASH SALE" there will be additional info listed on the product page which can determine the length of the item available or estimated shipping times.

Please note shipping times do not start when your order was received, rather when your order leaves our facility.

I Still Do Not Have My Order. Whats Is The Deal?

Please double check the item purchased at the purchase page for additional details you may have missed.

Chances are this was a pre-order item with a ship date in the future. The estimated ship date will be noted in the product's additional description area.

If your product was not a pre-order and you have waited more than 2 weeks for your order to arrive please contact us directly via our contact page.

Please kindly and politely e-mail us and we will give you a status. We hope that you will be respectful and understand we are a small business and not Amazon.com. Please do not comment or email the bands directly, they have zero to do with it.

I Received The Wrong Item

These things happen from time to time and we do apologize. Kindly email us via our contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.

I Received a Damaged Item

These things can happen. Please kindly email us and we will sort out either an exchange if the item is in stock, or offer a store credit.

Can I Cancel My Order

We do not do order cancellations unless you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it for the proper size. If this is the case please email us via our contact page.

We are a made to order company and we pay our artists royalties accounted for almost immediately. We can not ask the artist for the money back on a sale you made just because you changed your mind.

Can I Get A Refund

All sales are final.

Please note exchanges will need to be done within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please shoot our Customer Service an e-mail and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days.

Please note if an item has been washed or worn it is not eligible for an exchange.

My Package Appears To Be Lost Or Stuck In Transit

If your package is lost or stuck in transit, says delivered but it is not in your mail box, or is possibly stolen we ask that you please call USPS Customer Service to open up a claim.

Once we ship your package via USPS, they are responsible for getting the package to you! If you have a question regarding its transit please call USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777.
