How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Normal processing can take between 3-5 business days depending on current volume of orders, regardless of shipping method chosen. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail which has a delivery time of 3-5 business days inside the United States and anywhere from 1-3 weeks outside of the US.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and another confirmation e-mail when your item scans into the post office. This e-mail will contain your tracking number.**Please note if the item you purchased is a pre-order item. Orders containing a pre-order item will have a longer processing time due to the garment being custom made and limited edition. The estimated ship date will be noted under that product's description listed as an estimated ship date.
I still don't have my order, I am pissed. What do I do besides yell online?
There is a good chance this was a pre-order item with an estimated ship date listed. This estimated ship date will be noted in the product's description. If it was not a pre-order item and you have waited more than 12 business days for your order to arrive please reach out to our Customer Service immediately before reaching out to your payment processor! Doing so could delay the order process even more.
For any orders that are held up because of a problem on our end we would be more than happy to compensate you with discount codes for future orders, free items from the store, etc.Please politely e-mail us and we will gladly take care of the issue for you. We ask you please be respectful and don’t harass us, or the bands, via social media threats, or e-mails.
I got the wrong item. It's cool, but not what I ordered. What do I do?
If something is off in your order, please e-mail our Customer Service with the below info readily available - We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

We will work to correct any order issues in a timely manner and we will make the mistake up to you with a discount code and your correct or a replacement item!
I accidentally entered the wrong address or I moved shortly after I placed the order. What do I do?
Please just e-mail our Customer Service immediately letting us know of your order mistake.
If the item hasn’t been processed or shipped yet we can easily fix it. However, if a few days have gone by and the order has been processed and shipped it will make things a bit more complicated. We will do our best to work with you to correct the mistake.
***Please note the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to correct any mistakes made on their behalf. This includes entering the wrong address, ordering the wrong size or size exchanges.
I want to cancel my order. Can I do that?
We do not do order cancellations.
This is due to the fact that we pay out the bands we sell on behalf of almost immediately and cannot go back in and retract their funds! We appreciate your understanding on this and would be more than happy to work with you on exchanging an item.
If you are just wanting to cancel the order because you ordered the wrong size, please e-mail our Customer Service immediately and they will be able to make a size change note in your order.
My order is lost in the mail or says it was delivered, but I don't have it.. What do I do?
If your package is stuck in transit, says delivered but it is not in your mail box, or is lost please call USPS Customer Service to open up a claim.
Once we hand your package off to USPS, they are responsible for getting the package to you! If you have a question regarding its transit please call USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777.
Can I get a refund?
Our policy states that all sales are final.
This is due to the fact that we pay out the bands we sell on behalf of almost immediately and cannot go back in and retract their funds! We appreciate your understanding on this and would be more than happy to work with you on exchanging an item!
***Please note exchanges will need to be done within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please shoot our Customer Service an e-mail and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days.
***Please note if an item has been washed or worn it is not eligible for an exchange.
